The building designed by Zara and Zara Design Studio is a manifestation of contemporary architecture of Karachi.
Defined edges, recessed planes and tonal shifts define 23C; a contemporary take
on the modernist ideals. The structure aims to be remembered, with its emblem
embedded into the physicality of the face of the building itself. It celebrates
giving newfound depth to the facade in its details, with lines that intermix
but never twine. This embodies 23C’s sentiment to co-exist with its context
through a co-existence of the public domain with an intimacy brought forth by
the users. Blacks and whites, pushes and pulls, linears and uprights all come together
to curate 23C.
